What primary services do you offer?
Egress window installations, repairs, replacements and maintenances.
Can I buy the materials for an egress?
Yes, our warehouse has all the materials in stock required for the job. We sell everything, even if you just need a cover!
Do you come give in-person estimates?
Yes we do! Our estimates are FREE and we can typically meet you within the same week. We try to be flexible.
What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?
18 months on labor. 5-10 year manufacturing warranty on material.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are! Our workers are also additionally insured on top of the company policy.
How do you excavate the hole? Will you ruin my lawn?
We use a mini-skidder and a mini-bobcat. We use plywood and rubber mats to protect your lawn to the best of our abilities. Our goal is to leave it how you left it for us.
How will my well drain?
We connect a drain to your homes existing drain tile. The connection will also get inspected by the city to insure everything has been properly installed.
Will you pull a permit?
Yes! We always pull permits for our work. You will also recieve a rough and final inspection by your city. Your job quote/pricing will include these costs.
How will you cut into my foundation?
We use high-advanced hydraulic saws. This allows us to complete the cut from the outside with little fumes. Check out our installation video for a visual (youtube icon).
What if I do not have an existing window ?
We can install under an existing window (existing header) or create a new opening. By completing a full-cut we install an additional angle iron header into your foundation for proper support.
